Strong Local Demand, Scalable Production, Global Export Potential.
The project was born from a clear and timely observation: Panama’s demand for rice is growing steadily — both from consumers and government food security programs. Yet, much of the rice consumed is still imported or processed inefficiently.
Chepo, with its vast fertile lands and strong agricultural tradition, holds massive untapped potential.
Our mission is to build a modern, high-capacity rice mill that empowers local producers, reduces dependency on imports, and responds directly to the country’s rising need for locally grown, locally processed rice.
Equipped with industrial-grade machinery for drying, milling, sorting and polishing — capable of transforming over 120,000 raw quintales annually into market-ready rice.
Instead of massive bulk storage, we use modular silos that support smart batch rotation and quality segregation — optimizing logistics and minimizing spoilage.
From land preparation to operational design, everything is built to empower regional farmers, create skilled jobs, and strengthen Panama’s food sovereignty.
1. Solid Profit Margins — Averaging 26.9%
With nearly one-third of revenue translating into net profit, this project outperforms typical margins in the agro-industry.
2. Exceptional Return on Investment — Estimated at Over 824% Over 10 Years
For every dollar invested, the business is projected to return more than $8 in profit over a decade.
3. Rising Demand Backed by National Policy
Panama’s rice consumption is increasing steadily — fueled by both population growth and government food security programs.
4. Strategically Located in Chepo — A Key Agricultural Zone
Situated in one of Panama’s most fertile and accessible rice-producing areas, with strong ties to local growers.
5. Turnkey Infrastructure — Storage, Drying & Packaging Ready
The project includes silos, an industrial dryer, and a 200 m² packaging plant — all designed for operational flow.
6. Investing in a Timeless Commodity
Rice is one of the world’s most essential foods. It’s not trendy — it’s indispensable. That’s why this investment is built to last.
